What is Art Journaling? Art journaling is a creative practice that combines visual art and expressive writing to capture thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a personal, imaginative way. In the class you will discover gentle expressive practices that engage your intuition, generate creative insight, and support inner rejuvenation.
What activities do we engage in during the class? You will receive an art journal and have the chance to explore images using magazines and other printed materials to start creating a page in your journal.
